Dear Colleagues,
BMW Klub Motocykle Polska (BMW Motorcycle Club Poland) invites you to the 18th
International Motorcycle Rally BMW 2018, which will take place at the “Stok” hotel
in Wisła (https://www.hotelstok.pl/).
Journey to Wisła is a journey to the sources. This is the place where “Czarna” stream
and “Biała Wisełka” stream join together and flow into the Malinka stream, thereby making the
longest river of Poland. The town spreads out in seven valleys interspersed with Beskid Śląski
mountains, in the range of which there are lots of winding and scenic motorcycle routes
awaiting you. The routes are made of asphalt, gravel and field roads. This is a place at the
meeting point of the country’s borders, cultures and religions. It is also the famous historical
sports and leisure centre with a rich history. Those who do not ride motorcycles may take
advantage of numerous cycling routes and 100 km of hiking trails.
BMW Klub Motocykle Polska invites you to this charming place for spending your time
with friends and families. We will try to ensure care for the children, so that you could fully
enjoy your ride.

PROGRAMME OF THE MEETING
15.06 Friday
from 15.00– arrival at hotel, registration of participants, confirmation of the assignment to the
tour and training groups, accommodation in the hotel rooms
18.30 – 19.00 – first aid training conducted by DIVEMED
from 20:00– dinner at congress hall
from 22.00 – concert of ”4 Szmery” music band
from 24:00– long night talks and music party with DJ
16.06 Saturday
07:00–09.30 – Breakfast at the hotel
For the participants of the rally who are interested in admiring the charms of the region we
propose the following three types of trip routes:
• Asphalt route (for touring motorcycles (RT,RS,GT/L etc. 100% asphalt), of about
150km length,
• cross country route (for touring motorcycles enduro (GS) 20% unsurfaced roads and
surfaced roads of different quality), of about 150km length,
• off-road route (for touring motorcycles enduro (GS) difficult terrain – off-road tires are
mandatory) , duration: about 5 hours.
Attention!
The routes partially run through the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The participants, for their
own safety, should have Assistance insurance. Motorcycles should be equipped with such
amount of fuel that is necessary to ride the whole route without any refueling.

09.00 – start of the off-road group
09:00– 09.30– start of the guided tour groups
09.00 – 16.00– test rides on new BMW motorcycle models –sign up at the BMW Sikora

09.00 – 16.00–premiere and presentation of new motorcycles: BMWF 750GS and F 850GS,
test rides –sign up at the representatives of BMW Inchcape Motor Dealer
Additionally, we encourage you to improve your motorcycle riding skills and therefore
we propose the following during our event:
11.00–15.00 near the hotel
• basic training in maneuvering ride techniques “on road” conducted by the instructor of
BMW Motorrad International InstructorAcademy,
• off-road ride introductory training conducted by the instructor of International
InstructorAcademy from Touratech Polska and one of the finalist of the GS Trophy
Canada 2014,
• basic training in off-road ride techniques conducted b y instructors of BMW Motorrad
from Enduro Academy
15:00– arrival of the tour groups at hotel
16.00 – 16.30–first aid training provided by DIVEMED
16:30– 19.00– contests and sports prize competitions - near the hotel
19:30- 20.30– a raffle, competition prize-giving, summary of the event
20:30– BBQ dinner
21.00– all night long party with DJ

09:00– farewell and departures
Practical - Costs & registration
Cost of stay at hotel:
– a member of BMW KPM club – EUR 130
– a non-member – EUR 150
Cost of stay in a tent:
- a member of BMW KPM club – EUR 90
- a non-member – EUR 110
Cost of stay for persons who will arrive at the rally with BMW motorcycle produced
before 1993 ( in order to take advantage of this option please put the note: “oldtimer”,
a motorcycle rider and a passenger):
– EUR 130 – hotel room
– EUR 90 – tent
*Single room supplement – EUR 50.
* Children up to the age of 5 – free of charge; no welcome pack is available
* Children between the age of 5 and 15 who sleep on separate beds – EUR 60.
You can register only by using a registration form which is available on our website
Cost of stay for persons who want to participate in a rally but without accommodation:
– EUR 40– Friday , dinner, possibility to purchase prize draw tickets, live music, no welcome
pack is available
– EUR 40 – Saturday , possibility to participate in trips, possibility to participate in trainings,
dinner, participation in a prize draw
Payable on the spot (at the organizers of the event)
Attention! The hotel offers a limited number of accommodation places (maximum 350 people
can be accommodated).
Deadline for making payments: 08.06.2018.
Deadline for resigning from the already paid event and the possible refund: 01.06.2018.
After this deadline no refunds for the rally will be available.
It is possible to arrive at the event at an earlier date, for example on Thursday; the applicable
prices are the rally prices, which were negotiated by BMW KPM with the hotel. Reservation
and payments are to be made individually and directly at the hotel’s reception by mentioning
“BMW Rally”.
